FreeChampioning Equality and Agriculture: Livestock Services at the International Women’s Day March 2026
It was a profound privilege and honour for the Livestock Services team to participate in the International Women’s Day March on 8th March 2026. Organised by the Gender Division, this national event holds significant importance, and we are proud to have been part of such a meaningful celebration.
In keeping with our tradition, we were delighted to present a gift to the Guest of Honour. This year, we were truly honoured to have His Excellency, Mr. Hakainde Hichilema, President of the Republic of Zambia, join the occasion.
Recognizing His Excellency’s well-documented passion for the agricultural sector, we curated a special gift package centred on cattle farming. The package featured a selection of essential products related to livestock management.
We are pleased to report that the gift was exceptionally well-received. His Excellency took a moment to acknowledge the items and shared brief insights on his personal passion for and knowledge of cattle farming products. We are grateful for his appreciation of the thoughtfulness behind the gift.
